Privacy at the listing manager

Effective August 14, 2026. Applies to manage.nwatrades.com.

What we collect

When you sign in, we store your email address. When you claim a listing, we store the name, role, and callback phone number you provide, plus any proof you choose to share. When you submit an update to a listing, we store the change you proposed.

What we do with it

We use this information for exactly one purpose: confirming that you speak for the business and applying the updates you request to your public listing. Contact details you submit for verification stay private. Only the business information that belongs on a public directory listing, such as your company phone, website, hours, or address, ever appears publicly.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your information with anyone. Creating an account does not subscribe you to anything. The newsletter is a separate checkbox that starts unchecked, and you can change it any time.

Where it lives

Account and claim data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, protected by row-level security so each signed-in user can only see their own records.

Removing your data

Email [email protected] and we will delete your account and claim records. Public business information sourced from the state license roster remains listed, since it comes from public records rather than your account.
